Washington Wizards fans, you can kiss Jan Vesely goodbye! But do it slowly, and sensually.

Trevor Ariza hits the game-winner airballs a last-second attempt against the Pistons, completely fooling the Wizards announcers, who are forced to rescind a “Dagger!” proclamation for the first time ever. You can’t blame the broadcasters, who had a tough angle, or Ariza, who was forced to put up his shot while harassed by noted lockdown defender Kyle Singler. Sometimes “Nothing but net” can be very deceptive.

In news unrelated to a certain NYK point guard, we saw a couple of great teammate combos last night.
Wizards SG Nick Young hit 7 out of 8 three pointers en route to a 35 point explosion, and teammate John Wall put up 29 points, 9 assists, 3 boards, 2 blocks and a steal.
The Kings were led by the streaking DeMarcus Cousins, who put up a monster game of 28 points, 17 rebounds, 3 steals and 2 blocks. His point guard Tyreke Evans flirted with a triple double with 27 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists.

In response to charges of “west coast bias” and in the interests of fostering a broader understanding of rim wreckers, in your face disgraces, and turbo sexophonic delights league-wide, here’s John Wall putting Tyrus Thomas on a poster Saturday night.

Ladies and gents, the Flip Saunders era capsulized.

David Aldridge is reporting that the Washington Wizards have fired head coach Flip Saunders after their 2-15 start this season.  Assistant coach Randy Wittman will take over for Saunders.
After only scoring 32 first half points in Monday night’s loss to the Philadelphia 76ers, the offense was not coming together for the Wizards any time soon.

John Wall yells at Javele McGee because he isn’t running hard which leads to a turnover to Shelvin Mack whose layup is then BLOCKED by said Wall who then again implores McGee to "Just run, ‘Vale! You want the ball?!"

Awesome.

an update from your only logo authority.

Michael Weinstein, a graphic designer based in Massachusetts, is somehow not employed by the Los Angeles Clippers despite coming up with this.

Not impressed? How about this Pacers logo?

Check out his website for an alternate Wizards and an alternate Warriors logo.

Because I care about your thirst for logo and design related content.
