Rondo will miss Tuesday’s game in Atlanta for bumping a referee late in the fourth quater of last night’s game.
Atlanta is currently a game up on the Celtics in their series.

Rondo is the oddest dude in the NBA. Not in that, “hey look at how odd I am” kind of way that Rodman or Ron Artest were. Rajon is genuinely just a different type of dude, he’s not doing it for the attention, in fact he hates the attention. He just does it for his own entertainment.

Rondo’s not being traded […] I don’t know how many times I have to say it. Rondo’s not being traded.
Ainge also denied reports of a trade between the Lakers that would’ve sent Rondo to Hollywood and the much maligned Pau Gasol to Boston. Looking at their long rivalry, would make it any sense for the Celtics to help the Lakers out?
