The Nets new Brooklyn arena broke ground 5 blocks from my house and 5 months behind schedule. Projecting out to a mid-2012-13 finish date. What does that mean? A half-season in Newark then over to Brooklyn? Not likely.
It means Carmelo would sign an extension to play for one of the league’s worst teams, in Newark, until maybe the 2013-14 season when he will be a 29 years old.
I’m not having it. Still say he goes to the Knicks.
