Between the NCAA’s investigation of USC and the 25 points he scored in the first 47:42 of the Lakers-Grizzlies game, O.J. Mayo was going to break the hearts of every single Angeleno this week.  But he whiffed on two game-icing free throws, Kobe Bryant drilled a three-pointer to win, and only the city of Memphis was heart-broken tonight.
